When you load or change paper in the drawer and on the bypass tray, make sure of the paper size and type. Be sure to
register them correctly in the equipment.

If the “DRAWER SET POP-UP” function is turned on, the pop-up message always appears on the LCD screen to
prompt you to change the paper size every time you change paper in the drawer. This feature is useful when you often
change paper in the drawer.

Follow the steps below to register the paper size, for example A4, for the drawer.

Press the [MENU] button to enter the “MENU” mode.

Press the or button to select “PAPER SETTINGS”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.

Make sure that “PAPER SIZE” is selected.
If necessary, press the or button to select it.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.

Make sure that “DRAWER” is selected.
If necessary, press the or button to select it.
