Repeat the previous steps 5 to 7 until you finish scanning the last page to copy.
When you are finished with the last page, go to the next step.
Up to 120 original sheets can be scanned at one time. When the number of sheets to be scanned exceeds 120
or the built-in memory in the equipment becomes full during the scanning of the copy job, scanning stops and
“MEMORY IS FULL PRESS ANY KEY” appears on the LCD screen. Press any button on the control panel. The
scanned pages are cancelled.

Press the or button to select “NO” on the “NEXT ORIGINAL?” menu.

Press the [SETTING/OK] or [START] button.
The equipment automatically starts printing sorted pages.
Zooming in or out to the copy
You can set “ZOOM” to make enlarged or reduced copies in two ways. Change the ratio from 25 to 400% or select the
fixed zoom ratio.
y You can access this function quickly with the button unless you change the default.

Press the [MENU] button to enter the “MENU” mode.

Make sure that the first “ADVANCED FUNCTION” is selected.
You can scroll through the menu with the or button.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button to enter the “ADVANCED FUNCTION” menu.

Press the or button to select “ZOOM”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.

Press the or button to select the zoom ratio or “FIXED ZOOM”.
If you select the setting and press the [START] button, you can immediately start copying with the default or
current setting. Before you start copying, be sure to place the original in advance.

Set the zoom ratio as follows.
If you have selected the zoom ratio at the previous step:
Press the or button to increase or decrease the zoom ratio. You can keep pressing the button to change the
ratio quickly.
If you have selected “FIXED ZOOM” at the previous step:
1) Press the [SETTING/OK] button.
2) Press the , , , or button to select the fixed zoom ratio.
When you select the fixed zoom ratio, for example “A3->A4”, the original size A3 is reduced to the copy size A4.
