Press the or button to select “JOB MEMORY1”, “JOB MEMORY2”, or “JOB
MEMORY3”.
The functions and settings are saved in the selected memory.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button to exit from the menu.
You are ready to start copying with the saved job memory.
Recalling the job memory
Once you save the functions and settings in “JOB MEMORY1”, “JOB MEMORY2”, and “JOB MEMORY3”, you can recall
the job memory to use. Follow the steps below.

Press the [MENU] button to enter the “MENU” mode.

Make sure that the first “ADVANCED FUNCTION” is selected.
You can scroll through the menu with the or button.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button to enter the “ADVANCED FUNCTION” menu.

Press the or button to select “JOB MEMORY”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.

Press the or button to select “RECALL”.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button.

Press the or button to select “JOB MEMORY1”, “JOB MEMORY2”, or “JOB
MEMORY3”.
The selected job memory is recalled.

Press the [SETTING/OK] button to exit from the menu.
You are ready to start copying with the recalled job memory.
