(5) Remove 2 screws and take off the motor
bracket [3].

the two-gear type.
• This is the common step for both the one-
gear and two-gear types.

(6) Release the harness from the harness guide,
and take off the scan motor [4].

This is the common step for both the one-
gear and two-gear types.

• When installing the scan motor, tighten
the bracket fixing screw and the earth
wire together.
• When installing the gears, be sure to
check the color of gear and then place in
the correct position shown in the figure.
