The following instructions should be followed
when shipping dull blades to be re-sharpened
to Urschel Laboratories, Inc.2503 Calumet Av-
enue, Valparaiso, Indiana 46383.
NOTE:
Resharpening available in the U.S.A.
and Canada only.
1. Blades must be clean and free of all extra-
neous materials.
2. Sets of blades from each microcut head
should be packed separately.
3. Only blades dulled from normal wear can
be re-ground. Blades that have been dam-
aged by foreign material or from coming in
contact with the impeller generally cannot
be re-ground (Figure 76).
4. Specify the quantity of re-ground blades re-
quired.
5. Urschel Laboratories can only make blades
of a re-ground width (.335") from new blade
stock and must invoice accordingly. For in-
stance, if the customer ships 196 repairable
blades and orders 200 blades of .335"
width for a 200 blade microcut head, the
customer will be invoiced for re-sharpen-
ing 196 blades, plus the price of 4 new
blades.
