In Figure 3, the IFDR can receive a master clock from the radar system (for
example, the COHO), or act as the reference clock. This ensures that the
entire system is phase locked. The IFDR provides the digital Tx waveform.
As compared to the example in Figure 2, no additional hardware is
required. The Tx waveform generation functionality requires an optional
software license installed.
