VERMESsystemsareshippedincarefullypackedstate.Transportdamageshowevercan
neverbetotallyexcluded,anddeadlinesstatedininsurancecontractsshouldnotbeex‐
ceeded.

5.1.1 Unpacking
Forthisreason,themerchandisehastobevisuallyinspectedimmediatelyafterreceipt.
Detecteddamagesmustbenotifiedtothecarrier.Assoonasthecomplainthasbeencon‐
firmedinwriting,contacttheresponsibleforwarderandinformVERMESMicrodispensing.
Otherwiseunpackthecontainedsubcomponentsandcheckthedeliveryforcompleteness.

