Installation
1.InstallanewgasketbetweenthecatalyticltermoduleandtheDPFltermodule.
2.AlignthelocatortablocatedonthebottomoftheDPFltermodulewiththeslot
locatedinthetopofthecatalyticltermodule.InstalltheDPFltermoduleonto
thecatalyticltermoduleandsecurethemodulestogetherusingaV-bandclamp
tightenedtospecication.
3.InstallanewgasketbetweentheoutletmoduleandtheDPFltermodule.

4.Withassistance,useasuitableliftingdevicetoinstalltheoutletmoduleonto
theDPFltermodule.Ensurethatthedifferentialpressuretubedoesnotbecome
damagedduringoutletmoduleinstallation.
Note:Makesurethehigh-temperaturegasketremainsinplaceandhasnotbecome
dislodged.
5.InstalltheV-bandclamptosecuretheoutletmoduletotheDPFltermodule
andtightenclampfastenerstospecication.Allclampsshouldnowbealignedand
tightened.
6.Installthepressuredifferentialtubetotheportonthecatalyticltermoduleand
tightenthettingsecurely.
Note:Ahigh-temperatureanti-seizingcompoundshouldalwaysbeappliedtothe
threadsofthesensors,plugsorttingsintheexhaustsystemtoavoidcomponent
seizureorcorrosion.
