3.07 Set operation and rear mirror
NOTE
The operation and rear-view mirrors are an option.
They can be installed either on one side or on both sides.

Adjust the mirrors so that you can watch the traffic in the rear of the
machine.
NOTE
Clean mirrors at regular intervals.
Replace defective mirrors immediately.
Set operation and rear mirror
Align the mirror [1] to the work edge of the roller drum/tyre.
Adjust the mirrors [1] so as to ensure that you still see the machine at
the inside of the mirrors. This is the only way of avoiding a blind spot.
Fold operation and rear mirror
Turn the mirror mountings [2] forward.
NOTE
Fold in and lock the operation mirror before transporting the
machine on a lorry.
