If the LC flow needs to be reestablished while the ACQUITY QDa Detector is in Standby mode, or
when it is switched off, you must ensure that the instrument is removed from the solvent flow
path.
Notice: To avoid irreparable damage to the instrument when it is in Standby mode or
switched off, disconnect the instrument from the solvent flow path. If the instrument is
connected to the LC via a diverter valve, ensure that the diverter valve is set to flow to
waste.
