ThischapterprovidesinformationoninstallingandwiringtheCFW900. Theinstructionsandguidelineslistedin
thismanualshallbefollowedtoguaranteepersonnelandequipmentsafety,aswellastheproperoperationofthe
inverter.
3.1MECHANICALINSTALLATION
3.1.1EnvironmentalConditions
NOTE!
Thisproductisdesignedforuseinshelteredplacesonly.
Avoid:
Directexposuretosunlight,rain,highhumidity,orsea-air.
Inflammableorcorrosivegasesorliquids.
Excessivevibration.
Dust,metallicparticles,andoilmist.
Environmentconditionsfortheoperation:
Themaximumratedambienttemperatureatthebackoftheinverter(aroundtheheatsink)is:
-10°Cto45°C(14°Fto113°F)forframeEmodels.
-10°Cto50°C(14°Fto122°F)forotherframes.
Operationattemperaturesabovetheratedoneispossible;however,inthesecases,theoutputcurrentmustbe
derated,asdescribedin

Themaximumratedambienttemperatureonthefrontoftheinverteris60°Cforallmodels,exceptforthemodels
