3.2.6.2Useofa24VdcExternalPowerSupply
Theexternalpowersupplyoperatesredundantlywiththeinverterinternalpowersupplyandallowsthecontrol,
communicationandaccessorycircuitstoremainactive(poweredandrespondingtocommands)evenwiththe
powercircuitde-energized.
Theinverterindicatesthe“Poff”statewhenthecontrolpowerisactiveandthereisnovoltageontheinverterDC
link.Theuseoftheexternalpowersupplyisalsonecessaryifthetotalcurrentdrawnbytheaccessoriesisgreater
thanthecapacityoftheinverterinternalpowersupply,asexplainedinitem

Whentheexternalpowersupplyisenergized,theinvertercontrolcircuits,accessoriesandloadsconnectedto
