Pidsets
Config Page
The Pidsets Config page (Figure3.14) allows the selection of programs to be included in
the output. This is the main page for setting up the multiplex.

Up to 32 separate programs may be included in the output. The concept of Pidsets is used
to facilitate creating the multiplex. The Pidsets are numbered from 1 to 32. A Pidset is a
group of 16 PIDs reserved for that Pidset. Each Pidset includes a PMT and PCR PID, as
well as video, audio, and data PIDs. Each Pidset will reassign the input Pidset values to
new PID values, based on which Pidset the program is assigned to.
