Maintenance Procedures
Distance Control Interlock - Park Brake Test
1. Start machine.
2. Ensure park brake is engaged.
3. Push Distance-From-Paver Button (1). Machine
must not move. The following screen must appear
on electronic display.
Contact a Weiler dealer if distance control interlock
does not function properly.
Distance Control Interlock - Speed Test
1. Cycle Propel 3-Speed Button to transport position.
2. Push Distance-From-Paver Button. Distance control
must not start. The following screen must appear on
electronic display.
Contact a Weiler dealer if distance control interlock
does not function correctly.
Elevator / Conveyor Floor Plates - Inspect
Check elevator and conveyor floor liner plates for wear and replace when worn to a thickness of
0.13” (3mm).
