Maintenance Procedures
Fuel Tank Cap & Strainer - Clean / Inspect / Replace
1. Remove cap (1) and strainer.
2. Wash cap and strainer in clean, nonflammable
solvent.
3. Allow inside cap and strainer to dry or use
compressed air to dry.
4. Install strainer and cap. Replace cap and/or strainer
if damaged.
Fume Extractor Fan - Inspect / Clean
1. Remove mounting bolts (1) attaching blower
assembly (2) to blower housing.
NOTICE: Remove blower assembly from housing
without disconnecting hydraulic hoses.
2. Inspect blower wheel for damage.
•Clean wheel and inlet ducts with nonflammable
solvent. Dry wheel and ducts.
•Replace wheel if wheel or fins are damaged.
•Inspect hydraulic motor and repair if necessary.
3. Install blower assembly into blower housing.
