Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Turn off the water supply to the washer.
3. Remove the front access panel (see page
4-9 for the procedure).
REMOVING THE DRAIN PUMP
4. Using a shallow pan to catch the water,
unscrew the filter from the drain pump,
and drain the water from the pump.

5. Loosen the clamp and remove the pump-
to-tub hose from the drain pump.
6. Loosen the clamp and remove the pump-
to-drain hose from the drain pump.
REASSEMBLY NOTE: When you reconnect
the pump to tub hose, align the tab(s) with the
marks on the drain pump.

7. Using a philips screwdriver remove the
four screws holding the drain pump to the
unit .
