⇒ Turn the crankshaft anticlockwise until the crankpin is 90_ before T.D.C.
⇒ While constantly turning crankshaft anticlockwise until the crankpin is approx.
45_ before T.D.C. tighten manual ratchet ’H2’ until the connecting rod is pro-
truding from the engine.
⇒ Hook spur-geared chain block ’H3’ in lifting tool GF 94337 in order to take over
the connecting rod, then detach manual ratchet ’H2’.
⇒ Continue turning carefully until the crankpin is approx. 60_ after T.D.C., thus
turning the connecting rod out of the engine.
