AutoRead
(drift control)
The AutoRead function (drift control) checks the stability of
the measurement signal. The stability has a considerable
effect on the reproducibility of the measured value.
With identical measuring conditions, the maximum deviation
is 0.02.
Note
In order to accept the current measured value without
waiting for the end of the AutoRead function, press
g on
the terminal or on the measuring module. You can only
change to another measured variable after completion of the
AutoRead function.
2 Immerse the pH electrode in the test sample.
The display shows the current measured value.
1 Call up the Display mode with m.

3 Immerse the pH electrode in the test sample.
4 Activate the AutoRead function with

h display indicator appears. The current
measured value is frozen (hold function).
5 Start the AutoRead measurement with g.

h AR display indicator flashes. When a stable
signal is reached, an acoustic signal is heard and

stops flashing.
6 If necessary, start the next AutoRead measurement
with
g.
7 To terminate the AutoRead function: Press the a
key.
