2. Press the Main Power Switch to the On position.
3. Close the front cover.
General Power On
To Turn the Printer On:
1. Check that the Main Power Switch, located inside the front cover, is turned On.
2. Press the Power On/Off button, located on the right side of the top front panel.
Note
The entire powering-up process (to power on and complete a self-test) takes
approximately 3 minutes. Certain functions of the machine, such as copying, will be
available before other functions, such as printing.
