Sending a Cover Page with a Fax
You can send a cover page with your fax. The cover page lists recipient information from the fax address
book and sender information from the Company Name Fax Line setting. For details, see Configuring Fax
Defaults and Settings on page 62.
To include a fax cover page:
1. At the printer control panel, press the Services Home button.
2. Touch Fax.
3. Add fax recipients and select fax settings as needed.
4. Touch Options.
5. Touch Cover Page.
6. Touch On.
7. Touch Fax.
8. Press the green Start button.
