The printer uses the default copy settings on all copy jobs unless you change them for an individual job.
You can modify the default copy settings.
To change the default copy settings:
1. At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
2. Touch the Tools tab.
3. Touch Default Settings.
4. Touch Copy Defaults, then touch the option that you want to change.
Changing Collation
1. Touch Collation.
2. Touch one of the following:
− Collated: Turns on collation for originals placed on the document glass only.
− Uncollated: Turns off collation.
3. Touch OK.
Changing Reduce/Enlarge
1. Touch Reduce/Enlarge.
2. Touch one of the following:
− To select a default preset image size, touch a button.
− To set the default copy size in increments of 1%, touch the + or - buttons or use the keypad to
set the percentage.
3. Touch OK.
