Cylinder head bolt
Tighten all the cylinder head tightening bolts evenly in the tightening order to 30 N·m (3.0 kgf·m, 22
lb·ft). Remove the one bolt according to the tightening order. When doing so, do not remove the other
bolts. Retighten the bolt to 15 N·m (1.5 kgf·m, 11 lb·ft), and then tighten it further to reach the speci-
fied angle (60). Remove the remaining bolts one by one in the same manner and retighten them.
Finally, tighten all the bolts to reach the specified angle (60). Total tightening angle: 60 + 60 = 120
(The first and second time, be sure to apply molybdenum disulfide oil to the bolt threads and seats
as well as to both sides of the lock washers.)
Generator rotor nut M12 1 65 N·m (6.5 kgf·m, 48 lb·ft)
Stator coil screw M5 3 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.4 lb·ft)
Crankshaft position sensor bolt M6 2 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.4 lb·ft)
Stator coil assembly lead holder bolt M5 1 8 N·m (0.8 kgf·m, 5.9 lb·ft)
Coolant temperature sensor M10 1 15 N·m (1.5 kgf·m, 11 lb·ft)
Gear position switch bolt M5 2 3.5 N·m (0.35 kgf·m, 2.6 lb·ft)
Rectifier/regulator bolt M6 2 7 N·m (0.7 kgf·m, 5.2 lb·ft)
ECU bolt M5 2 3.8 N·m (0.38 kgf·m, 2.8 lb·ft)
Ignition coil bolt M6 2 7 N·m (0.7 kgf·m, 5.2 lb·ft)
Starter motor bolt M6 2 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.4 lb·ft)
Nut (holder) M6 1 8 N·m (0.8 kgf·m, 5.9 lb·ft)
Throttle position sensor screw M5 1 3.5 N·m (0.35 kgf·m, 2.6 lb·ft)
Intake air pressure sensor screw M6 1 3.5 N·m (0.35 kgf·m, 2.6 lb·ft)
