Installing the Platen
1. Place washer and platen bearing
on the platen shaft (as shown).
2. Insert the bearing end of the
Platen through the hole in the
Platen Holder (as shown).
3. Place the gear onto the end of the
platen shaft and secure the with a
T-6 driver (4.7 +/- 1 in. lb.).
4. Place washer on the other end
of the platen and slide it into the
Platen Holder. Insert the bearing
and shoulder screw into the end
of the Platen and secure with a T-8
TORX driver (4.7 +/- 1 in. lb.).
