Complete the following tasks to configure IPv6 multicast VLAN:

Use either approach.
If you have configured both sub-VLAN-based IPv6 multicast VLAN and port-based IPv6 multicast
VLAN on a device, the port-based IPv6 multicast VLAN configuration is given preference.
Configuring IPv6 Sub-VLAN-Based IPv6 Multicast VLAN
Configuration Prerequisites
Before configuring sub-VLAN-based IPv6 multicast VLAN, complete the following tasks:
z Create VLANs as required
z Enable MLD Snooping in the VLAN to be configured as an IPv6 multicast VLAN
Configuring Sub-VLAN-Based IPv6 Multicast VLAN
In this approach, you configure a VLAN as an IPv6 multicast VLAN, and configure user VLANs as
sub-VLANs of the IPv6 multicast VLAN.
Follow these steps to configure sub-VLAN-based IPv6 multicast VLAN:
