By default, the hash keys
for Layer 2 packets are

addresses, and those for
Layer-3 packets are
source/destination IP
addresses.
After you configure this
command, the load
sharing modes in all link
aggregation groups
change accordingly
Configuring a load sharing mode for a link aggregation group
Follow these steps to configure a load sharing mode specific to a link aggregation group:

aggregation group is the
global load sharing mode.

sharing modes in current
link aggregation group
change accordingly.
