z For detailed information about the port link-type trunk command and port trunk permit vlan
{ vlan-id-list | all } command, refer to VLAN Commands in the Access Volume.
z For detailed information about the undo stp enable command, refer to MSTP Commands in the
Access Volume.
z The 802.1p priority of trusted packets on the RRPP ports must be configured, so that RRPP
packets take higher precedence than data packets when passing through the RRPP ports.
z Do not enable OAM remote loopback function on an RRPP port. Otherwise, this may cause
temporary broadcast storm.
z You are recommended not to configure physical-link-state change suppression time on a port
accessing an RRPP ring to accelerate topology convergence. For details, refer to Ethernet
Interface Configuration in the Access Volume.
Configuring RRPP Nodes
z The maximum number of rings that can be configured on a device in all RRPP domains is 16.
z If a device carries multiple RRPP rings in an RRPP domain, only one ring can be configured as
the primary ring on the device and the role of the device on a subring can only be an edge node or
an assistant-edge node.
