of the screen. If you can't find your city, use one with
the correct offset from GMT (all are covered).

All other boxes should be unchecked; this ensures that
NTP does not set the firewall time here.
Many ISPs require the logs of the firewall to record events
to within a very small difference of GMT. As setting the
firewall clock manually will not be as accurate, your ISP
may not be willing to use the logs of your firewall as
evidence of an attack.
