￭ Replacing the auxiliary cooling fan of frames R6 to R9 (IP21, UL Type
1)
1.
Stop the drive and do the steps in section Electrical safety precautions (page 17)
before you start the work.
2. Remove the lower front cover.
3. Unplug the control panel power supply wires from the control unit terminal X13 and
the auxiliary cooling fan power supply wires from the terminal X208:FAN1.
4. Remove the upper front cover.
5. Release the retaining clips.
6. Lift the fan up.
7. Install the new fan in reverse order. Make sure that the arrow on the fan points up.
