Technical Support Instructions
When you call, an Abbott representative will address the problem and/or instruct you to return the meter, test strips, control
solution and/or linearity kit. Do not return the FreeStyle Precision Pro meter or any part of the system for repair until you
receive authorisation from an Abbott representative.
To help ensure ecient resolution of the problem, complete the following steps before calling Abbott.
