P3 SETTING THE NUMBER OF RINGTONES, PERMISSION TO CALL
Rings
Resetting the number of primary ringtones.
Between 0 and 7 ringtones can be configured (2 ringtones are set as default).
Upon entering this function, the display will show Local?”; enter the number of
the apartment where the number of ringtones is to be reset and confirm with the
"key" button (the 6-digit apartment is confirmed automatically upon entering the
last digit). The unit will display the current number of ringtones - or "Off" for
unconnected apartment. When "-?-" appears, enter the desired number of
ringtones (0 - 7). The unit will displayReady”; now the selected setting is stored
in unit’s memory. Use the "#" button to exit the function without changing the
setting. Now the value Local?is the new call number, to be selected with the
keypad (the physical address of the receiver is calculated by the unit). To change
the settings for all apartments, use the computer program.
As many as 7 ringtones can be configured; "0" will disconnect an apartment - it
will not be possible to call it. When attempting to call an apartment with zero
ringtones the unit will display "Locked".
Instead of ringtones, the receiver in a disconnected apartment will emit the door
opening signal (use P4 menu to disable it).
P4 TURNING ON - OFF THE DOOR OPENING SIGNAL IN THE APARTMENT
OpInf
This function is used to turn off or on the door opening signal in the receiver. As
the door is being opened (with a code or card / key fob) a short, triple beep is
emitted in the apartment to which the code/card/key fob is assigned. This option
is enabled for all apartments by default. Upon entering this function the display
will show Local?”; enter the number of the apartment for which the door opening
signal is to be disabled or enabled and confirm with the "key" button (the 6-digit
apartment is confirmed automatically upon entering the last digit). The unit will
then display the current setting for a short while: "On" on or "Off" - respectively.
While "???? " is being displayed, enter "1" to enable the door opening signal
(confirmed briefly by "Onon the display) or "0" to disable it (confirmed briefly by
"Offon the display). The unit will display Ready”; now the selected setting is
stored in unit’s memory. Press the "#" button to exit the function without saving
any changes. Now the value “Local?is the new call number, to be selected with
the keypad (the physical address of the receiver is calculated by the unit). To
change the settings for all apartments, use the computer program.
