P5 SETTING ONE OF FOUR RINGTONES
Tones
This function is used to change ringtone(s). One of the four ringtones can be
configured for each apartment (the default ringtone is 3). Ringtone(s) can be set
for each door entry unit independently; so, by setting different ringtones it is easy
for the resident to identify the calling panel.
Upon entering this function, the display will show Local?”; enter the number of
the apartment where the ringtone is to be changed and confirm with the "key"
button (the 6-digit apartment is confirmed automatically upon entering the last
digit). The current ringtone (1 to 4) will then be displayed for a short while. When
"-?-" is being displayed, enter the ringtone number, selecting from 1 to 4. The
ringtone will sound briefly upon each entering of the value, then the unit will
display "Ready" and the selected ringtone will be stored in unit’s memory. Press
the "#" button to exit the function without saving any changes. Now the value
Local?is the new call number, to be selected with the keypad (the physical
address of the receiver is calculated by the unit). To change the settings for all
apartments, use the computer program.
P6 SETTING THE E-LOCK TIME
LTime
This function is used set the E-lock time (time for which the E-lock connected to
the ELOCK output will release the door). This can be any time in the range 1s to
9s (default setting: 4s).
Each time this function is accessed, the "service E-lock activation functionis
enabled, which is useful for E-lock resetting or installation. It is available after
exiting the installer’s menu and is indicated with " " on the display. Now, each
time the "key" button is pressed, the E-lock is released for the pre-set time. Use
the "#" button to turn the function off.
Upon selecting the function, the unit will briefly display the current value of the
pre-set time in seconds followed by "? " - now a new value in the range 1 to 9
can be entered. The unit will then display Ready”; now the selected setting is
stored in unit’s memory. Press the "#" button to exit the function without saving
any changes.
It is possible to set (function P14) E-lock release delay after the terminals of the
additional INPUT are shorted.
