2. Suspend function
Using the Suspend function can reduce unnecessary relay ON/OFF action, which reduces deteriora-
tion of the throughput due to relay operation time and improves the life spans of the relays.
Therefore, setting in Suspend status is recommended whenever turning OFF the output to change the
source conditions.
For the 3 V or 30 V range, Suspend status can be selected between HiZ (high resistance: constant cur-
rent of ±5 mA) and LoZ (low resistance).
For other ranges, the statuses shown in the following table are applied regardless of the suspend set-
ting.
Figure 4-6 shows a conceptual diagram of output status, and Table 4-6 shows output statuses and in-
ternal setting values.
