All the electrical specifications are TTL negative logic (LO level: logic "1," HI level: logic "0").
Logic "1": 0 V to +0.4 V (or short-circuited to GND)
Logic "0": +2.4 V to +5.25 V (or Open)

Output level setting code: 5-digit parallel BCD code 18 bits in total (6146)
6-digit parallel BCD code 22 bits in total (6156)
Output level setting range: Ranges other than 200 mA range;
00000 to 32000 (6146)/000000 to 320000 (6156)
200 mA range;
00000 to 22000 (6146)/000000 to 220000 (6156)
NOTE: If a BCD code that exceeds the output setting range is input, the maximum value (32000/320000 or
22000/220000) in that range will be set.
Range: 30 V, 3 V, 300 mV, 30 mV, 200 mA, 30 mA, 3 mA, (30 V) 8 bits in total
Polarity: Positive or negative (logic "0": positive, logic "1": negative) 1 bit
Output ON: Operate or Standby (logic "0": Standby, logic "1": Operate) 1 bit
