4.2.9.3 INTERLOCK/OPERATE IN/OUT
For INTERLOCK, OPERATE IN and OPERATE OUT, the same terminal is used by switching.
Set selecting MENU, E.SYG and OPR.I/O in that order.
There are five settings; STBY, OP.SBY, IN.LOC, OP.OUT, and OP.SUS.
• The following shows the specifications of the STANDBY IN, OPERATE/STANDBY IN, INTER-
LOCK and OPERATE/SUSPEND IN signals.
High: +2.4 V to +5.25 V
Low: 0 V to +0.4 V
Input circuit: Equal to Figure 4-10
• The following shows the specification of the OPERATE OUT signal.
High: +2.7 V to +5.25 V
Low: 0 V to +0.6 V
Output circuit: Equal to Figure 4-11 (except Rup 10 kΩ)
Used connector: BNC
1. STANDBY IN
The STANDBY IN signal is used to cut off the output from the 6146/6156 externally. The output sta-
tus is set to Standby when the signal level changes from LO to HI.
2. OPERATE/STANDBY IN
The OPERATE/STANDBY IN signal is used to operate the 6146/6156 from the external device for
synchronous operation.
When the OPERATE/STANDBY IN signal is enabled, the output status is set to Operate when the
signal level changes from HI to LO or Standby from LO to HI.
The following figure shows the OPERATE/STANDBY IN signal and its output status.
