16. Recording storage insufficient
Possible reasons:
• Camera quality is too low
• Lens is dirty
• Camera is installed facing a light source
• Camera aperture setup is not correct
• HDD capacity is insufficient
• HDD is damaged
17. Cannot playback the downloaded file
Possible reasons:
• There is no media player
• Requires graphic acceleration software upgrade to DXB8.1 or higher
• There is no DivX503Bundle.exe control when you play the file transformed to AVI via the
media player
• There is no DivX503Bundle.exe or ffdshow-2004 1012 .exe in Windows XP OS
18. There is no video; the screen is in black
Possible reasons:
• IPC IP address is incorrect
• IPC port number is incorrect
• IPC account (user name/password) incorrect
19. The displayed video is incomplete
Possible reasons:
• Cheek the current resolution setup. For example, if the current setup is 1920 x 1080, the
monitor resolution must also be set 1920 x 1080.
20. There is no HDMI output
Possible reasons:
• Disk player is not in HDMI mode
• HDMI cable connection is improper
21. The video is not fluent when I view in multiple channel mode from the client end
Possible reasons:
• The network bandwidth is insufficient. The multiple-channel monitor operation needs at
least 100M or higher.
• Your PC resources are insufficient.
