Open a browser window and enter https://xx.xx.xx.xx:port, where xx.xx.xx.xx: is your device IP or
domain name and Port is your HTTPS port. If you are using the default HTTPS value 443, you do not
need to add the port information. Enter
https://xx.xx.xx.xx to access.
If your setup is correct, the login interface appears.
4.7.3 Event
4.7.3.1 Video Detect
The Video Detect section is used for setting up the type of events for which you want to trigger a
response, such as triggering an alarm, sending an email or taking a snapshot. There are three
detection types that you can set as an event:
• Motion Detect
• Video Loss
• Tampering
Motion Detect
Use the Motion Detect screen for setting up a Motion Detection event to trigger an alarm and initiate
recording.
