28. After I login to the Web , I cannot find the remote interface to add the IPC
Possible solution:
• Clear the Web controls and load again
29. I can access the internet via the router but I cannot access the internet after I reboot the
NVR
Possible solution:
• Use the PING command to check whether you can connect to the gateway. Use telnet to
access and then use the command “ifconfig –a” to check the device IP address. If you see
that the subnet mask and the gateway has changed after the reboot, upgrade the
applications and set again.
