12. Highlight the value (RANDOM) in the Data field.
13. Press
Edit Item > PN9.
14. Highlight the value (STD) in the Scramble Type field.
15. Press
Edit Item > Right Alternate.
16. Highlight the value (0) in the Scramble Offset field.
17. Press
Edit Item > 1 > Enter.

The downlink DPCH channel parameters have now been modified, as shown. Other channel parameters can
be modified in the same manner.
