This field displays:
- An icon corresponding to the call status
- The caller's last name and first name
- Entity
- If the caller is a VIP guest
- The status of the calling set
- Directory number
- Telephone facilities class of service (category)
Note:
The icon displays the status of the user set. The information displayed changes according to the call
handling.
