Hit results for Inbound History
The Inbound History view also displays statistics of Hit results for
a given user as displayed below:
Fax Note
A useful feature is the ability to add or modify customized text for
Inbound and Outbound faxes. By default, the system displays the Fax Note
column in the Inbound History only, unless the Administrator configures
it otherwise.
When a user clicks on the fax Note icon, the fax note editor is displayed.
The editor has a maximum capacity of 2500 characters per fax note. Click
the Save button to close the Note editor. The messages contained in Fax
notes are copied when forwarded.
