Note: Fax(es) must be selected from the Inbound History Current
or Deleted view to activate the Forward function.
Outbound history
The Outbound History tab displays the status of the faxes that you
have sent. By default, the Recipient Name, Destination,
Subject, Completed/Failed Time, Duration (sec.), Status
and Error Code columns are displayed.
Fax Note
A useful feature is the ability to add or modify customized text for
Inbound and Outbound faxes. By default, the system displays the Fax Note
column in the Inbound History only, unless the Administrator configures
it otherwise. When a user clicks on the fax Note icon, the fax note editor is
displayed. The editor has a maximum capacity of 2500 characters per fax
note. Click the Save button to close the Note editor. The message
contained in Fax notes are copied when forwarded.
