Other web access buttons
The Refresh button updates the list to the latest entries, in any of
the above displays.
Logout exits from the web access.
Note: If your system administrator has enabled access with your current NT
account, the Logout feature in the Fax Status screen of the
Web Client will not be available as this is controlled by the NT
account.
If however you logged in with an administrator assigned e-mail
address and password, the Logout feature in the Fax Status
screen of the Web Client will be available.
Language enables the user to change the display language for web
access.
To do this:
1 Select Options from the upper right area of the screen.
2 From the appearing screen Language drop box, select the desired
language.
3Click Apply.
A message appears stated that the changes were successfully
applied.
View faxes as enables users to select the viewing format of faxes.
To do this:
1 Select Options from the upper right area of the screen.
2 From the appearing screen View faxes as drop box, select either
TIFF or PDF as the file format.
3Click Apply.
A message appears stated that the changes were successfully
applied.
Change password lets the user change his password directly from
the web access.
To do this:
1 Select Options from the upper right area of the screen.
2 From the appearing screen select Change password.
