Search option menu
In this version of OmniTouch Fax Server Web Client, has been
enhanced to encompass more precise and versatile searches.
The Web Client can be made to search in two modes:
By keyword on all properties; in this mode the user has the
search capability of including or excluding specific keywords in a
search expression much like a search engine for Inbound and
Outbound History records.
For example:
By exact match on selected properties; in this mode the
user has the capability to search exact matches in the specified
fields for Inbound History, Outbound History and Outgoing
Queue records. The operator OR must be specified to delimit the
words in the search field.
Note: In this context, a token (word) is defined as any sequence of
letters, digits, underscores but only 1 apostrophe in a row.
Stop Words:
The search By keyword on all properties is designed to ignore
specific “generic” words called Stop words such as the, or, again,
etc. These Stop words can be modified to add or remove specific
words that may interfere with the nature of the search. Consult with
your System Administrator for further information.

a’b’c65 is considered as 1 word
a’’abcd6 is considered as 2 words
