Naming the Host

You can label the Communicator.
The maximum allowed length of the Hostname is 64 characters.
No symbol characters, punctuaon characters, or whitespace are permied.
Write the Hostname as one single word.

When the EtherNet/IP Client (PLC) opens a connecon to the Communicator, it species an I/O data size.
By default the Communicator is set to Accept Only Matching I/O Sizes.
The connecons must match the I/O size congured on the EtherNet/IP page, refer to To Use Automac I/O Sizes
and To Congure I/O Sizes Manually.
You can change to Accept All Connecons.
The Communicator will accept all connecons with an I/O size that is equal to or smaller than the congured I/O
size in the Communicator.
