This attributes holds the first three bytes of the
IP address. The attribute is used in Shift Reg-
ister Mode if the configuration switch value is
set to 1 - 245. The first three bytes of the IP
address will be given by the values in the
attribute and the last byte will be given by the
configuration switch value.
