The SPC27 map projections presented in Table 4.52 must be used in conjunction
with the Clark 1866 ellipsoid: (a = 6378206.4 m and 1/f= 294.978698200) and the
following datum (Tx = -8.0, Ty = 160.0, Tz = 176.0, rotation and scale = 0) which
is included in the preset datum list as NAC.
Values are derived from tables which can be obtained from various sources,
including NGS Publication 62-4 (1986 Reprint) which also includes discussion and
definitions of applied formulas and parameters.
