3.3.6. Manual calibration
3.3.6. 1) CAL Learning (calibration)
In the event that the four flow units do not suit the application, it is possible to calibrate
the instrument in calibrated mode (manual). To work in calibrated Pa/s or calibrated Pa,
it is necessary to carry out a learning cycle. This cycle will allow the creation of a
pressure variation which corresponds to the calibrated value. In order to access this
cycle, the unit Cal-Pa must be selected as the reject unit during the creation of a
program (To chose a unit, refer to chapter 3 § 4.4 "Parameter settings"). Next, a
learning cycle must be carried out.
Amongst the special cycles available,
select the "CAL learning" cycle.

Once it has been carried out, the
manual calibration cycle stops of its
own accord. The display gives the
result of the test in the calibration unit.
Note: The CDF (leak flow calibrator) can be used to calibrate the instrument and to
send this value via the infra-red link.
