warm
• The main supply to
the water heater is not
continuous.
• Malfunction of the heat-
ing component or wiring
partially defective.
• Cold water ows back
into the hot water circuit.
• Domestic loop on the
system.
• Ensure the unit has a con-
tinuous power supply.
• Check the electric heater
resistance and wiring.
• Turn o the cold water
supply by using the safety
device’s shuto valve. Then
open the hot water faucet.
Let 10 minutes pass. If the
water is running, identify
the defective ttings and/or
check the safety device for
being positioned correctly.
• Remove the loop.
Low ow to the hot
water tap.
• The pressure relief valve
lter is clogged.
• Water heater scaled up
• Clean lter.
• Descale water heater.
Continuous water
leaking from the
safety unit outside
heating periods.
• Damaged or dirty pres-
sure relief valve.
• Pressure of the main
water supply is too high.
• Replace the pressure relief
valve.
• Check if the pressure at the
water meter outlet does not
exceed 0.5 MPa (5 bar),
otherwise install a pressure
reducing device set at 0.3
MPa (3 bar) at the begin-
ning of the general water
system.
Electric backup not
working.
• Mechanical thermostat is
switched o.
• Electric backup is
defective.
• Reset the thermostat safety
device on the resistor.
• Replace the heating
element.
