16. After-Sales service
When ordering from a brand distributor, specify the exact type of water heater and its serial
number indicated on the type plate.
The address of the After-Sales service is also given on the back cover.
Spare parts can be ordered by the professional directly
on the Services platform accessible on the brand's website.
16.1. Outside unit
Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
Any work on electrical parts must be carried out by a specialist.
The unit must be powered o󰀨 before the cover is opened (to open the cover,
see: “12.2.1. Access to the water heater’s components”, page 111).
