Cause There are surge voltages in the input power supply
Remedy Contact us.
Cause The drive output cable or motor is shorted to ground (the current short to
ground is charging the main circuit capacitor of the drive through the
power supply).
Remedy Examine the motor main circuit cable, terminals, and motor terminal box, and
then remove ground faults.
Re-energise the drive.
Cause The power supply voltage is too high.
Remedy Decrease the power supply voltage to match the drive rated voltage.
Fault oC - Overcurrent
Cause The load is too heavy.
Remedy Contact us.
Cause Overheating caused damage to the motor or the motor insulation is not
satisfactory
.
Remedy Measure the motor insulation resistance and replace the motor if there is
electrical conduction or unserviceable insulation.
Cause The motor main circuit cable is contacting ground to make a short circuit.
Remedy Examine the motor main circuit cable for damage and repair short circuits.
Measure the resistance between the motor main circuit cable and the ground
terminal. If there is electrical conduct on, replace the cable.
Fault CE - Modbus communication error
Cause The communications cable wiring is incorrect.
Remedy Correct wiring errors.
Cause There is a short-circuit in the communications cable or the
communications cable is not connected.
Remedy Repair short circuits and connect cables.
Replace the defective communications cable.
Cause The communication protocol is not compatible.
Remedy Examine the values set in H5-xx.
Examine the settings on the controller side and correct the dif
ference in
communication conditions.
